Quote and booking

An enquiry is free and does not create a booking. Tasks, price, availability, access, equipment, extras and applicable cancellation arrangements are agreed in writing before confirmation. Business cleaning and office setup are scoped individually.

Pricing and payment

Published consumer prices include VAT. Moving has a 2-hour minimum; cleaning a 3-hour minimum. Hourly moving and cleaning are billed in 15-minute increments after the minimum. Payment is due immediately after the work unless a separate business arrangement is confirmed in writing. Travel and additional charges are agreed in the quote.

Before the work

Provide accurate item and space information, safe access and necessary permissions. Tell us about heavy items, stairs, parking restrictions, surface sensitivities, missing parts and existing damage. Defrost freezers before move-out cleaning. Appliance connections and furniture mounting are subject to suitability checks.

Changes, cancellations and consumer rights

Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation. The applicable cancellation arrangements are stated in your quote or confirmation. Statutory consumer rights apply and are not excluded by this page. For a remotely booked service, statutory withdrawal information and any request to begin work during that period must be handled in the booking confirmation before service starts.

Reviewing the result

Please review the work with the team where possible. Report concerns or damage promptly to info@DoBest.fi with the job details and photographs where useful. We investigate and agree the next steps. This page does not promise an unconditional deposit-return or re-clean guarantee.

Specialist work

Architectural, structural, fixed electrical and plumbing changes are outside ordinary services. Specialist and regulated work requires a separately agreed authorised provider. Ask us about the applicable insurance coverage and claims process with your quote.
