Whether you are handing over a home, clearing storage or preparing an office, start with an item list and photos. Tell us what must stay and who can authorise removal. We agree the team, access, transport and receiving-site fees before booking. Final cleaning can be added separately.

With your approval, clean and usable items may be delivered to Helsinki Metropolitan Area Reuse Centre (Kierrätyskeskus), subject to its acceptance rules. This can reduce waste and may reduce disposal fees.
The receiving centre makes the final decision. Labour, transport and possible extra trips still affect the total; donation does not automatically mean a cheaper or free clearance.

Before you book
Will everything be donated?
No. Usable items can be assessed for donation; the receiving organisation decides acceptance. Other agreed items go to an appropriate receiving site.
Can donation reduce my bill?
It may reduce disposal fees when accepted, but labour and transport still apply and an extra route may add cost. We explain the agreed basis in your quote.
Can you clear an estate property?
Ask for a scoped quote. The person ordering must have authority to approve removal, and retained belongings must be identified before work.
